While we’ll occasionally work with clients needing video editing, we devote our time and specialize in video editing and social media for RV dealerships.

What's the best way for us to communicate?

We’re available through text, email, Zoom, Slack, and the telephone. If it works for you ~ it works for us too.

How do I get videos to you?

When appropriate, clients submit videos and other documents to us via e-mail or the cloud (Dropbox or Google Docs).

We’ll be happy to discuss general project details during the initial consultation.

 

How quickly will you respond if I have a question?

We typically respond to e-mails or phone calls within 12-24 business hours, during regular business hours (Tuesday – Friday,  8:00 am – 4:00 pm CST)

Weekends and holidays –  plan on the next business day.

Is there a contract?

Absolutely. The RV Media Expert will create a Client Agreement (contract) that’s designed to protect our partnership. The agreement will include a description of services, payment terms, the scope of work, responsibilities, the relationship of parties, etc.

So, before we start working together, we’ll both review,  verify and e-sign a Client Agreement (contract).

What are your current rates?

Each of our services (Strategic Planning, Video Editing/Social Media Marketing, and Coaching) are individually simple and affordable with a high ROI. See Services and Rates for details and promotions.

24-hour Deadlines and Expedited Needs

Our goal is to meet or exceed your expectations and deadlines. However, there will be an extra charge for videos received late or requiring less than a 24-hour turnaround. An approval and agreement between us MUST be made per each LATE or EXPEDITED request. See Services and Rates for more detail.

What are your work hours?

Tuesday – Friday  (8:00 am to 4:00 pm) CST

What is the billing cycle?

Our billing cycle is from the first day of the month to the last day of each calendar month.

When are invoices sent and payment due?

Our clients are invoiced on the 1st business day of each month for the prior month’s services.

All itemized invoices are emailed via PayPal and due within 10 days of receipt – EXCEPT for the 50% Deposit/First Invoice, which are due before work can begin.

What is the 50% Deposit/First Invoice?

A deposit of 50% of the Client Agreement Project Rate will be invoiced immediately after the Client Agreement (contract) has been signed.  The deposit is due immediately upon receipt. Work will not begin until this deposit has been received. The remaining 50% balance will be invoiced on the first day of the following month.

What are your payment policies?

Payment is usually due within 10 days after invoiced and considered past due on the 11th  day of the original invoice date.  However, to accommodate your schedule,  provisions can be made in the Client Agreement to include a specific monthly  ‘Due Date’.

Overdue accounts are subject to a service charge of .83% per month.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Due to security and flexibility, all payments must be made through PayPal.

 

NOTE: You are not required to have a PayPal account.

 

You’ll receive an email from PayPal, containing the RV Media Expert invoice. Your payment can be made quickly and easily and is very secure when clicking on the invoice and paid using your credit or debit card.

 

You can track and confirm your payment through your credit card and bank.

 

Do you ensure confidentiality?

Absolutely! Unless compelled to testify in a court of law, none of your personal or business information will ever be disclosed to third parties without your written consent. We will be happy to sign a confidentiality agreement, if confidentiality is important to you.

What if I no longer need your services?

We have a 30-day cancellation policy that applies to our partnership. A cancellation notification email should be exchanged to cancel your services.
